Jaewan Yang (Ph.D., Virginia Tech) is an Assistance Professor of Management and Organization Studies at the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies. His research interests include strategic human resource management, group process and leadership, and workplace climate. His recent articles appeared in journals such as Journal of Management and Human Resource Management.
