Mengjin Gao completed her undergraduate studies at Donghua University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering. Building upon her foundation, she pursued her master's degree at the University of California, Irvine, specializing in Engineering Management. Mengjin received her  Ph.D. in Management, focusing on Strategy and Organizational Theory, at Korea University. She has served as an assistant professor at the Hankuk University of Foreign Studies Business School since 2024. Mengjin's research endeavors center around Organizational Change, Business Model Innovation, Social Status, Social Networks,  and Strategic Human Capital. She currently teaches courses such as Strategy Management, Principles of Business Management, and International Business.
